Our services cater to all individuals, regardless of gender, age, race, or background, in the Triangle area of Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Durham, and Chapel Hill, and Carborro North Carolina. We specialize in restoring the mind, body, and soul through hands-on bodywork, creating a safe and healing space for our clients. Our goal is to release unwanted thought patterns and behaviors, alleviate pain and tension, and address any dysfunctions. We offer a range of specialty hands-on massage sessions, including medical massage, structural integration, Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sports massage, prenatal massage, energy work, reflexology, stretching sessions, chair massage, and geriatric massage. We prioritize the needs and preferences of our clients, and we require a current prescription from a doctor for medical massage treatments. Our services may also be covered by worker's compensation insurance, health savings accounts (HSA), or personal insurance (injury) protection (PIP).
